All items will be delivered via an independent freight carrier. Our delivery partner will call you to arrange delivery of all purchased items using the fastest, safest, and most reliable method possible. Larger items and orders may be delivered palletized.

All payments for items purchased must be made in FULL before shipping without exceptions. Payment will need to be verified for all credit card and check purchases.

We currently offer five tiers of delivery service:

THRESHOLD 

• We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
• We bring the order to the threshold of the customer's home (garage, front entrance etc.) or to the first dry area if the shipment is very large
• In an apartment or condo building, the product will be carried up a maximum of two flights of stairs at the building entrance

*The customer is responsible for assembling the order

CURBSIDE

• We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
• We will leave the order outside the customer's home or apartment building. It is the customer's responsibility to bring the order inside the home

ROOM OF CHOICE

• We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
• Upon arrival, we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed
• We then bring the order to the room of choice so when we leave the residence, your customer can unpack the product(s) and finish any setup or assembly (if needed)

*The customer is responsible for assembling the order

ROOM OF CHOICE WITH DEBRIS REMOVAL

• We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival
• Upon arrival, we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed
• We then bring the order to the room of choice and unpack the product(s)
• We always clean the area upon leaving so the customer can enjoy their new purchase right away!

WHITE GLOVE

• We open the order in our terminal, inspect it, and apply minor touchups if needed
• We then blanket wrap and shrink-wrap the order and load it onto one of our home delivery trucks
• We call the customer 30 minutes before our arrival. Upon arrival, we perform a walk-through to assess where the product(s) needs to be placed
• We then bring the order to the room of choice and unpack the product(s)
• We will set up the order according to the customer's wishes, including 30 minutes of light assembly (excluding KDs)
• We always clean the area upon leaving so the customer can enjoy their new purchase right away!

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Charges for shipping are based on total weight, distance, and level of service. Estimates below are based on delivery within the DFW metro area. Assembly charges vary based on complexity.

Overweight Item(s) Surcharge

If your order contains an individual item that weighs over 300 lbs., a surcharge of $165.00 will be added to the above quote (Each Additional 125 pounds will require an additional man at a rate of $165.00 per man). The above quote assumes that no individual item will weigh more than 300 lbs., and therefore does not include this $165.00 surcharge.
